Next Step Car Care Visit

All service is performed at manufacturer specified intervals with parts and supplies that meet manufacturer specifications. Services and consumables replacement based on wear & tear or manufacturer intervals, whichever comes first.

Customer will be charged a one time fee for all basic maintenance needs. Fee is dependent on oil requirement of vehicle (simply give us a call for the current rate). Please refer to the following document for a detailed outline of conditions and definition of basic maintenance.

Next Step Car Care Membership

The Green Drop Next Step Car Care Membership covers all basic maintenance.

All service is performed at manufacturer-specified intervals with parts and supplies that meet manufacturer specifications. Unlimited services and consumables replacement based on wear & tear or manufacturer intervals, whichever comes first.

Commitment is for 1 year. Will auto-renew on the anniversary of signup unless 30 days prior notice is given

Early termination fee applies if the value of services rendered is greater than membership dues collected at the time of termination. Example: If $75 in dues has been collected over 5 months, and $100 in services has been delivered, the termination fee is $25. Active and paid accounts receive unlimited services based on wear & tear or manufacturer-specified intervals without incurring any costs beyond monthly membership dues.

Service plan is per vehicle.

Any abuse of the plan, as determined by Green Drop Garage, will result in the cancellation of the plan. Commercial use vehicles (Uber, Lyft) may be considered abuse of plan.

Most light bulbs are covered (limit $30 value). Specialty bulbs and extra labor require additional payment.

Car Care Membership Concierge Service

The Green Drop Concierge Membership covers pick-up and drop-off services within a specified distance from our corporate headquarters (1416 SE 8th Ave. Portland OR 97214). The standard plan includes a 5-mile radius, while the long-range plan includes a 10-mile radius.

Every effort will be made to accommodate client needs, but all pick-up, service, and drop-off activities are subject to scheduling and availability. We will strive to complete the service within a reasonable time frame, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

While we make every effort to provide a “loaner” vehicle at the time of pick-up, the availability of a “loaner” vehicle cannot be guaranteed at a specific time or location. In the event that a “loaner” vehicle is not available, alternative transportation arrangements may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

The commitment for the concierge service plan is for a period of 1 year. The membership will automatically renew on the anniversary of the sign-up date unless a 30-day prior notice of cancellation is provided.

The concierge service plan is applicable per vehicle. Each vehicle requiring pick-up, service, and drop-off must have its own membership.

Any abuse of the concierge service plan, as determined by Green Drop Garage, will result in the cancellation of the plan. Examples of abuse may include using the service excessively or for commercial purposes such as Uber or Lyft. Commercial use of the vehicle may be considered an abuse of the plan.

Green Drop Garage reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the concierge service plan at any time. Members will not be notified of any changes in advance.

Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of the vehicles under our care, Green Drop Garage shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or vandalism that may occur during the pick-up, service, or drop-off process. Customers are advised to remove all valuable items from their vehicles before handing them over to our concierge team.

Insurance Coverage: It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicle during the entire duration of the concierge service. Green Drop Garage shall not be held liable for any insurance-related matters or claims arising during the provision of the service.

Communication: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate contact information and ensure their availability during the scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. Green Drop Garage will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes or delays in the service schedule to the customer in a timely manner.

Vehicle Condition: Prior to the pick-up, the customer should ensure that the vehicle is in a safe and operable condition. Green Drop Garage reserves the right to refuse or postpone the service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or poses a risk to our employees or other road users.

Roadside Assistance

The purpose of Roadside Assistance is to provide service in common emergency situations to get you and your vehicle back on the road. In many cases, we will dispatch a light-duty truck or van to assist with “soft” services such as tire changes, jumpstarts, and lockouts. We do not do tows of convenience or transport cars. Large vehicles over 10,000 GVW are excluded.
