Pick up/drop off and cleaning service notes.

If booking for a pick up we will need the pick up address confirmed. Please plan on us keeping the vehicle for the day.
Pick up time will be before your appointment time, and provided for a fee that is directly related to the distance between the shop and vehicle.
- $20 charge for local pick up services
- Additional $60 charge for Deep clean/sanitizing of vehicle interior (please specify if needed)
Due to staff availability pick up and drop off service may be limited or unavailable some days.
Payment must be arranged prior to delivery of vehicle.
Vehicles received after 3pm may need to be held until the next business day.

Special car?

Diesel vehicles require special motor oil. We use OEM-specified oil for every job, including TDI, Powerstroke, and BluTec.

Large vehicles that require more than 5 quarts of oil include vehicles like Sprinters, full-size SUVs, and heavy-duty trucks.

Requires Synthetic Oil

Each of these will add $4/month to your plan.

Next Step Car Care Membership—Terms and Conditions

The Green Drop Next Step Car Care Membership covers all basic maintenance.

All service is performed at manufacturer specified intervals with parts and supplies that meet manufacturer specifications. Unlimited services and consumables replacement based on wear & tear or manufacturer intervals, whichever comes first.

Commitment is for 1 year. Will auto-renew on anniversary of signup unless 30 days prior notice is given.

Early termination fee applies if value of services rendered is greater than membership dues collected at time of termination. Example: If $75 in dues has been collected over 5 months, and $100 in services has been delivered, the termination fee is $25. Active and paid accounts receive unlimited services based on wear & tear or manufacturer specified intervals without incurring any costs beyond monthly membership dues.

Service plan is per vehicle.

Any abuse of plan, as determined by Green Drop Garage, will result in cancellation of plan. Commercial use of vehicle (Uber, Lyft) may be considered abuse of plan.

Most light bulbs covered (limit $30 value). Specialty bulbs and extra labor require additional payment.
