I just want to give a shout out to Kyle and Jordan at the central location. I've been a Green Drop customer since I bought my car back in 2011, and I'm always grateful for the service and care I get there. Recently I had a throttle body replaced and Kyle found a part that cost me half of what I originally thought the service would cost. Afterward I continued to have the same issues I had before the service. Kyle and Jordan got the throttle body re-replaced and preventatively fixed the intake manifold as well, to hopefully take care of the issue for good. I always feel like they're being honest and straightforward, and doing their best to help me. You've got some great folks working at your business!

I will continue to come back to you guys because of your ethics and your staff. As a woman, I have never felt intimidated in your shop. I think your employees try to make the experience as comfortable for clients as they can. Your employees have helped to work around my work schedule to get me back on the road. I appreciate the free coffee if you choose to wait. It is obvious to me that you guys have grown and perhaps there is a little longer of a wait for service, but as long as you guys stay true to being down to earth and honest I will keep coming back.

I think your team is great. We take our car to your Central location, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we receive.  I never thought I’d like a garage this much. I’ve always had such an antagonistic relationship with garages.We’ve had several oil changes, a replacement of our Prius main battery, and a few other minor services. The pricing has always been fair, the service kind, and we appreciate knowing that you and your team give a damn about the natural world. We’ve recommended your garage to a number of our friends, and we had a relative pay you a visit when she was in town.
